A Suprise Birthday Party for one of my very best friends

  1. Efter mycket diskussion och omfattande studiebesök, har Gamla Stans Bryggeri valts som samlingplats för alla gästerna.
     
     
  2. Val av restaurang är, än så länge, omöjligt på grund av uteblivet svar angående antal deltagare. Däremot kvarstår den ursprungliga idén om att det kommer att vara på en restaurang med orientalisk mat (mycket omtyckt av Jonas)
     
     
  3. Annat val som har diskuterats är en liten skärgårdstur med typ räkafton el dylikt. Men reservation måste göras i förväg.
     
     
  4. Jag behöver assistans från samtliga med följande rekvisita:

    • Partyhattar (helst av millenium-modell) bör finnas i överskott nånstans ??
    • Serpentiner
    • Masker (som skall användas vid intåget till Gamla Stans Brygeriet för att höja överraskningsmomentet för Jonas)
    • Pruttkuddar (ett absolut måste för en lyckad fest !) Observera att inget inköp av detta behövs innan vi kommit överens om billigaste inköpsställe.
       
       
  5. En annan trevlig idé vore om vi kunde köpa en gemensam present till Jonas, men jag menar naturligtvis utöver egna idéer. Min tanke var en exklusiv flaska whiskey, som skulle vara mycket uppskattat av Jonas, men som få skulle ha råd med på egen hand. Ex. prisklass 500 kr = 10 personer a 50 kr var eller 20 personer för bara 25 kr var. Naturligtvis faller idén bort om inte alla vill vara med.
     
     
  6. Än en gång så vill jag påminna om hur viktigt det är att ni alla informerar mig om uteblivna emailadresser till adel, präster, borgare och bönder.
     
     
  7. Och sist och viktigast av allt:
    JONAS FÅR INTE VETA NÅGONTING OM DESSA PLANER.

  1. Foljande har redan tackad JA ! !

  2. Förslaget om en exklusiv whiskyflaska har mottagits väl av alla hittills
     
     
  3. Samlingplats kommer att bli Gamla Stans Bryggeri (ligger på Skeppsbron)
     
     
  4. Bland tänkbara restauranger har Malou föreslagit Koh Pangan, som jag också starkt rekommenderar. Dock finns andra alternativ.
     
     
  5. Jag vill påminna om att jag behöver hjälp med inskaffandet av partyhattar, serpentiner, pruttkuddar ( för restaurangen ) samt masker ( för överraskningsmomentet vid bryggeriet )

Thanks to unrivaled efforts by personel at the SystemBolaget in Täby center, not only has the choice of Exclusive Whisky for the 'group present' been completed, but even the purchase is concluded.


Jag hoppas vi alla har tillfälle att träffas kvällen den 16'e.

Hello everyone!
This is Olivia, senior coordinator for the "Jonas-30 festival"

Ok, the latest news is really good, everything's going according to plan. We hope we thought of all details, if there's something we missed please tell us immediately.

  1. Under no circumstances should anyone mention anything to Jonas about his birthday (hello and goodbye will be more than enough on Wednesday, especially from the people he's working with).

  2. We suggest, if possible, that all Jonas's important meetings of the next day (national security related or life and death matters) are postponed until later Thursday for everyone's "safety".

  3. In our last e-mail, we told you about the plans to meet at

    GAMLA STANS BRYGGERI

    LATEST NEWS...we decided that Gamla Stans is a great place for this kind of party so, after talking to some people there (planning surprises and stuff) , we think it's also a good idea to stay there the entire evening (that includes eating, drinking and general partying ;-)

  4. Everyone invited should come to GSB right after work, Tony and Olivia (that's me, and the reason for the English email instead of a usual Swedish one) will be there from about 17.00 ...IMPORTANT: please don't be late, Jonas will be there at 18.30 so, you should come

    LATEST 18:00 and AT VERY LATEST 18:15

  5. I assume you don't all know how Tony looks, not to mention myself, that's why we'll put a picture of us on the site.

  6. Tony and I suggest that when you arrive at GSB maybe it's a good idea to come directly to us (don't forget, we're sitting at the bar) so we can give you the latest details and ...the "surprise paper bags" we bought for all of you.

  7. This also means that you don't have to buy masks anymore but if someone can find party hats somewhere we would really appreciate 20 or so ! Last minute notice: the party hats problem is solved now thanks to Josefina.

  8. Some other details now:

    -one of our "top agents" , Cecilia will be in charge with the latest practical details at GSB.
    -when u park your cars, please try not to park them in front of GSB, maybe 100 meters towards the Royal Palace
    -now, a more delicate matter, the toilette bit…maybe you should think about going ...there...before 18.20 so there won't be any danger in meeting with Jonas there..:)

What else? Have we forgoton anything ?

  • There are still a few guys that were at Jonas 'svensexa' that we haven't been able to contact because we don't have their e-mail or telephone.
  • If anyone notices a missing name please take the initiative to CONTACT THEM AT ONCE and refer them to the party site. (we have anticipated some last minute additions)
  • In the event that someone arrives later than planned, please try to enter GSB undetected and immediately proceed to the 'bio' which is by the old entrance(in the direction of the Royal Palace) Everyone will be transferred from the main bar to this conference area at around 18:10.
  • If you need to contact us on Wednesday
